This operator adds a real or complex scalar or vector to another real or complex scalar or vector, using general rules of complex calculus.

Output V1+V2: Floating point value buffers
Addition is performed field by field, and if one input is a scalar (single value) and the other a vector, all the fields of the vector will be added to the scalar value.
